Dr. Patel earned his medical education from the Medical University of Lublin, and he began his postdoctoral training at the Loyola University Medical Center with a residency in pediatrics and internal medicine. He then completed his training with an allergy and immunology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Patel’s clinical interests are in asthma, allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis (“hay/rose fever”), sinusitis, nasal polyps, drug and food allergies, as well as allergic skin diseases, including contact dermatitis, acute and chronic urticaria , and atopic dermatitis (eczema).
