Dr. Seth Lieberman completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Lieberman then received his Doctorate of Medicine at New York School of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He remained at NYU to complete his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. After completing his residency training, Dr. Lieberman completed a fellowship in Endoscopic Sinus & Skull Base Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine under the mentorship of Dr. Roy Casiano. During this fellowship, Dr. Lieberman was trained in advanced sinus surgery for complex sinus disease and minimally invasive techniques for treatment of malignant and benign skull base tumors, as well as orbital diseases. Dr. Lieberman is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is currently an assistant professor at New York University School of Medicine, as well as the associate residency program director. He holds privileges and operates at Tisch Hospital, Bellevue Hospital and the Manhattan VA.
Dr. Lieberman’s major clinical interests include sinusitis, rhinitis, nasal obstruction, benign and malignant sinonasal & skull base tumors, disorders of taste & smell, epistaxis, minimally invasive orbital and nasolacrimal surgery, revision sinus surgery and management of recalcitrant sinus disease.
