Dr. D'Agostino joined the practice in 1993. Internal Medicine residency at Long Island Jewish 1986-1989, where he served as Chief Medical Resident in 1992. Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Long Island Jewish in 1989-1992. Board certified in Internal Medicine/Cardiovascular Disease/Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Vascular Diagnostic Testing. Special interest in Nuclear Cardiology Atherosclerotic Vascular Disease and Valvular Heart Disease.
