Dr. Fridman is a noted expert in the field of diabetic wounds and reconstructive foot surgery. He has authored several scientific papers on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy for heel pain, diabetic wound healing, and tendon injuries. He has lectured nationally and internationally on congenital pediatric deformities, flatfoot surgery, and diabetic wounds. He has also participated in pediatric surgical missions to India. He is currently involved in a number of research studies on the diabetic foot and the use of implants in foot surgery.
