Dr. Richard Crane is a primary care physician, who is an internal medicine and rheumatology specialist, dedicated to providing outstanding healthcare to men and women of all ages- addressing their medical needs that arise at every stage of life. He has been practicing internal medicine and rheumatology in Manhattan since 1986. He is board certified in both fields. Dr. Crane graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1981, completed his internal medicine residency (1984) and his rheumatology fellowship (1986) there as well. He is still affiliated with the Mount Sinai Medical Center and Healthcare Systems where he is involved with the rheumatology fellowship program. His practice is located on the Upper East Side where he sees patients five days a week. Laboratory testing, x-rays and bone density are all performed in the office by his excellent staff.
