While I provide a number of specialized treatments, my approach is often integrative and always individualized to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. Treatment specializations include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for impulsive behaviors, problems with anger, chaotic relationships, and people who struggle to cope effectively with intense emotions; Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and other difficulties; and Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP) for chronic interpersonal problems.
**While I am an out-of-network provider, this does not mean you cannot get reimbursed by your insurance company for my services. I offer the complimentary service of submitting claims to the insurance company on behalf of my clients. This removes the hassle that clients often have to endure with out-of-network providers who require clients to send receipts in themselves. My submissions are made electronically which allows for the fastest reimbursement possible. Shortly after I submit a claim, the insurance company will send you a check directly (the amount depends on your plan's out-of-network benefits).
