Dr. Pauline Fu is a board certified podiatric surgeon by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Pauline Fu is a board certified podiatric surgeon by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine with honors and completed three years of residency at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. She served as chief resident during her third year and was awarded for outstanding patient care and services. While at North Shore-LIJ, Dr. Fu received extensive training in advanced techniques for reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She also received comprehensive training at the North Shore-LIJ Diabetic Wound Care Center in complex limb salvage and wound care.
Other areas of Dr. Fu’s training include biomechanical dysfunction, trauma, and sports medicine. Dr. Fu regularly lectures at Beth Israel Medical Center to medical staffs and residents on podiatric conditions and surgical management. In addition, she has presented her research findings on reconstructive foot surgery at the annual American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeon conference.
Dr. Fu is affiliated with Beth Israel Medical Center and Gramercy Surgery Center, New York. She is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, member of American Podiatric Medical Association, and member of New York State Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Fu currently practices in New York on East 31st Street and at Beth Israel Faculty Practice on 16th Street.
