Dr. Yoon, a New York University School of Medicine graduate, has advanced training in the operative and non-operative treatment of hand and upper extremity disorders involving the elbow, wrist, and hand.
Dr. Yoon completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI, and then went on to complete her fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Yoon’s experience with open and arthroscopic techniques allows her patients to explore various treatment options to determine which best fit their condition. Dr. Yoon is dedicated to educating her patients on their orthopaedic conditions to help them develop a personalized treatment plan.
While obtaining her degree in biomedical engineering at Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Yoon developed a passion for research and has subsequently published her research in peer reviewed orthopaedic journals. Dr. Yoon is a candidate member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
