  • Dr. Schaefer is originally from Michigan and moved to NYC in 2004 to complete his medical training. Having been a Chief Medical Resident and Chief Cardiology Fellow, he has experience as both a clinician and educator. Aside from his clinical work in preventing and treating all aspects of cardiovascular disease, he remains active in teaching medical residents and cardiology fellows.
