Is your teenager becoming more difficult? Are you feeling more down or anxious? Are you struggling to manage different life challenges? Have you noticed more fighting with your partner or family? Through different modalities (individual, couples, family, and parenting skills training), I work with adolescents, young adults, professionals, parents, and couples to create an environment that allows the individual or couple to find their inner strength, begin the process of emotional healing, and ultimately move forward to a more fulfilled life.
Through evidence based treatments, including CBT and DBT, I address concerns such as phase of life difficulties, parent-child relational issues, relationship difficulties, poor emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, and self-injury. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those within the LGBTQ community, HIV positive individuals, and mixed or same HIV status couples.
