Patients making appointments for Complete Physicals or Yearly Wellness Visits should be fasting for five hours before they come in. Only water may be consumed.
If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Please note that appointment lengths are 30 minutes for physicals, consultations, and all new patients. For existing patient follow ups, the appointments are 15 minutes.
