Dr. Joseph Tawil is an internist who treats patients in the greater New York City area. He specializes in clinical cardiology and holds Board certification in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Cardiology.
For his medical degree, Dr. Tawil attended the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. He continued his medical education at the Beth Israel Medical Center. Here, he completed both a fellowship in cardiology and a residency in internal medicine, during which he served as chief resident.
