Heeock Lee is licensed to practice acupuncture in the State of New York and is a National board certified NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Diplomat. She has a Master of Science in Acupuncture from Tri-state College of Acupuncture (TSCA) in New York, NY. She is trained in three styles of acupuncture: traditional Chinese acupuncture, Kiiko Matsumoto's Japanese acupuncture and Acupuncture Physical Medicine. Her training also includes Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture. Even after her formal training, she continues her study to provide her patients with the best care with more in-depth knowledge.
Currently, Heeock is also a nurse practitioner at Mount Sinai Hospital where she has been cooperating with top physicians of every medical specialty such as internal medicine, extensive pain management (5+ years), neurology, gastroenterology, and geriatric. If a client needs additional Western medical attention, she will make referrals.
