Dr. Janis began his medical education at SUNY Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences after attending Yale University for his undergraduate degree. He completed an internal medicine residency at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, moving forward to complete a cardiovascular disease fellowship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. Dr. Janis is certified to practice internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine, certified in echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography, nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, and a registered physician in vascular interpretation.
