Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Goddard attended Arizona State University and graduated cum laude, before moving to New York and completing a certificate in Premedical Studies at Columbia University. She attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Goddard completed residency at Montefiore Medical Center—Albert Einstein College of Medicine and then returned to Mount Sinai Medical Center for training in Endocrinology, Metabolism, Bone Disease and Nutrition.

Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Goddard worked in pharmaceutical and medical device research in both industry and academic settings. She has a particular interest in diseases of the adrenal glands and served as the Fellow in Adrenal Disease at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is the author of several book chapters on adrenal disease and she has spoke on the topic at medical centers in New York including Mount Sinai and Beth Israel. She has presented her research at the Endocrine Society, the American College of Cardiology and the American Physiological Society, where she received the award for Predoctorial Excellence in Research. She was selected to participate in the Endocrine Society’s Young Professional’s Forum in 2014.
Dr. Goddard is licensed in the state of New York and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She is a member of the Endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and the American Medical Association.
