Dr. Feingold is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. She holds board certifications in Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry.
Dr. Feingold has been running Emergency Psychiatric Services throughout Health & Hospitals Corporation at Metropolitan, Harlem and Bellevue Hositals. She is currently running the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program at Harlem Hospital Center. She deals with crisis management in the emergency room and though mobile crisis home visits.
Dr, Feingold is an assistant professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons. She teaches medical students from Columbia & NYU University, PA students from the Sophie Davis school of biomedical education at CUNY. She supervises residents from NYU school of medicine and at Harlem Hospital. She won teacher of the year award at Metropolitan Hospital Center in 2012.
She completed her adult psychiatry training at Mt. Sinai school of medicine program where she was chosen as chief resident. She went on to complete a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Albert Einstein School of Medicine followed by a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at NY Presbyterian hospital, Cornell & Columbia Universities. More recently, Dr. Feingold completed a fellowship in public psychiatry at NYU school of medicine.
