Dalilah Restrepo, M.D. attended College and Medical School at Universidad Libre in Colombia. Upon completing her studies in 1999 she started internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center- Elmhurst Hospital in Queens NY. Her Infectious Diseases fellowhip was completed at Mount Sinai Hospital in 2005. She was a faculty member of the Infectious Disease Division at North Shore Hospital in Manhasset where she helped establish the Travel Medicine Clinic and was Medical Director until October 2008.
Her areas of interest are HIV/AIDS and Travel Medicine and Tropical Diseases.
Dr. Restrepo is a proud member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM).
