She completed her Internal Medicine residency and her Cardiology fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. She is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, adult comprehensive echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Weinberg is also a specialist in the management of congenital heart and connective tissue disorders affecting the heart. Her passion for treating adults with congenital heart disease led her to complete an advanced fellowship at the Wisconsin Adult Congenital Program at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. She also volunteers with charities that provide quality experiences to children with congenital heart disease.
As a professional and a teacher, she has co-authored journal articles and textbook chapters on adult congenital heart disease, women with coronary artery disease, advancements in echocardiography and protein purification. Dr. Weinberg is dedicated to providing her patients with adult congenital heart disease with treatments which will afford them the best quality of life. She also seeks to provide the highest quality care to her patients with general cardiac issues such as hypertension, coronary artery disease and heart failure.
