Board-certified in 1986, Dr. Haimes is Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Weill-Cornell Medical College and Assistant Attending in Radiology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. She completed fellowships in CT/Ultrasound and Neuroradiology at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and received her Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology in 1995.
A co-author of many articles in professional journals, Dr. Haimes has made presentations before the American Society of Neuroradiology and the Radiological Society of North America, as well as several invited lectures.
A member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies, Dr. Haimes received her M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and was a resident in Radiology at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, where she was Chief Resident in her final year.
