Dr. Seth Newman is an orthodontic specialist practicing in Roslyn, Long Island, New York. Dr. Newman is currently a clinical attending at LIJ, of the North Shore- Long Island Jewish Health System. He regularly attends continuing education lectures and seminars to stay current with the most modern clinical and diagnostic orthodontic techniques. As a long island orthodontist, Dr. Newman prides himself on using the most state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Seth Newman is a graduate of Binghamton University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health. Dr. Newman received his dental training from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in the top of his class, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He received multiple honors and awards, including the distinction of being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) the National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Newman furthered his education at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He then continued post-graduate studies in orthodontics at the New York University College of Dentistry. While at NYU, Dr. Newman participated as a clinical instructor of the Invisalign® appliance. Dr. Newman carried out extensive research based on the quality of life for patients undergoing orthodontic treatment. Not only has he received awards for his research, Dr. Newman was able to present his work nationally.
Dr. Newman and his wife Stacy reside in Roslyn, Long Island and are proud parents of their two sons Alex and Charlie. As a family they enjoy the outdoors, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
