Dr. Michael Samandarov is thrilled to embark on this new chapter as lead dentist at Soft Touch Dental. To begin his journey, Dr. Samandarov completed his undergraduate studies in Queens College with a major in Sociology. After taking some time to work as a dental technician, he began his dental training at the NYU College of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He took his training to a more advanced level when completing a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY. Always looking to grow his knowledge and skills, Dr. Samandarov completed an implant fellowship with Live Implant Training in Guadalajara, Mexico. Through this rigorous implant program Dr. Samandarov obtained qualification for Fellow status with the International College of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics.
In addition to his passion for dentistry, Dr. Samandarov is an avid tennis player and swimmer, which he has been doing since a young age. He is actively involved in the community and enjoys quality time with patients, friends, and family.
Dr. Samandarov is an active member of the Queens County Dental Society as well as the American Dental Association. He is licensed to practice dentistry in New York and Florida and speaks Russian and English fluently.
