Dr. Mary Kang earned her D.D.S. degree from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD) in 2006. She completed a General Practice Residency program at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in 2007 and soon thereafter, returned to NYUCD to complete a 3-year Post-Graduate Prosthodontic specialty training. Dr. Mary Kang earned her D.D.S. degree from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD) in 2006. She completed a General Practice Residency program at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in 2007 and soon thereafter, returned to NYUCD to complete a 3-year Post-Graduate Prosthodontic specialty training. Dr. Kang continued her training and moved to Los Angeles, California where she completed a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) - a subspecialty of Prosthodontics working to help rehabilitate Head & Neck cancer patients. She then moved to Houston, Texas to work at MD Anderson Cancer Center as an Oncologic-Based Maxillofacial Implant Fellow. Currently, Dr. Kang is a full-time clinical assistant professor in the Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at NYU. She also works part-time in private practice.
