**Dr. Zimmermann is an out of network provider and does not accept insurance but provides In-Network Experience*** I engage my patients in a collaborative manner to clarify their goals, increase their productivity and to enhance their overall sense of well being. I specialize on Attention Deficit Disorder, depression and anxiety and its wide variety of overlapping symptoms. When working with my clients, we focus on identifying the underlying causes for poor motivation, low energy or "brain fog", be it underlying depression, diffuse or performance anxiety or difficulties sustaining attention. In psychotherapy, I tend to work with creative individuals who feel that they have not yet met their potential. We focus on changing self-sabotaging core beliefs, analyzing unconscious conflicts and interpreting dreams as they come up. I see a lot artists, writers, musicians and photographers. I am bilingual in German and English and speak some French. In addition, I have extensive training and experience in adolescent psychiatry, which allows me to consider problems in a developmental framework.
