About Pedy Ganchi
Dr. Pedy Ganchi graduated with honors from Cornell University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Molecular Biology. She pursued her interest in the arts and sciences while attending Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, where she received her M.D. degree. Dr. Ganchi completed her internship and General Surgery residency in the Department of Surgery at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center. After serving as chief resident and completing her general surgery residency, she entered further specialty training in Plastic Surgery at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center. She also served as a Plastic Surgical Chief Resident at Albert Einstein, Montefiore, Beth Israel, and Roosevelt Hospital in New York.
