Dr. Smitha Kuppalli is a board certified dermatologist in the Department of Dermatology of Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Smitha Kuppalli specializes in adult and medical dermatology. Additionally, she has clinical interest in connective tissue disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and scleroderma. Dr. Kuppalli received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2009. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Prior to joining Columbia University Medical Center, Dr. Kuppalli was an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Virginia. Dr. Kuppalli is a Member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s Dermatologic Society and the American Society of Dermatology Surgery.
