Dr. Kagan attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana for both his undergraduate education and medical school. After medical school, Dr. Kagan completed his surgical training at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He received his plastic and reconstructive surgical training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery, Dr. Kagan actively continues his education and regularly attends medical conferences nationwide.
