There was no wait time, as soon as I filled out my new patient form; I was seen by Dr. Muhammed's hygienist. He is very sweet, gentle and helpful. They took x-rays and photos to get a good look at what's going on in my mouth.

Dr. Kasem and his assistant were great. Dr.Kasem did two fillings for me and I have to see him again for another one. Both the assistant and the dentist were caring and professional. The assistant took her time taking my x-rays because she understood my gums are sensitive and the dentist took his time with the drilling also.

I saw Dr Kasem in the Bayridge office. He needs to have more hours in Brooklyn. Brooklyn needs a dentist like him. Very soft spoken and makes you feel comfortable in the chair.
