Dr. Marc Liang, MD, FACS, is a plastic surgeon who is dual certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of General Surgery with over 30 years of practice in the Pittsburgh area. He received his medical degree at University of Cincinnati and completed his post-graduate internship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh and M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute.
