About Dr. L William Luria
Dr. Luria is the former chief of The Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa Bay, with affiliations at several other major hospitals in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Luria also recently served as the President of the Florida Society of Plastic Surgery and completed his tenure at the end of 2003.
