About Dr. Krista Fay
Krista requests all patients fill out insurance information when booking on ZocDoc. Krista is the co-owner of Evolution Physical Therapy, P.C. She has a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy and holds her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Krista has a strong athletic background and enjoys working with sports-related injuries. She also has experience treating the pediatric population especially developmental conditions such as torticollis. Dr. Fay puts a strong emphasis on one-on-one quality physical therapy treatment sessions. She works tirelessly to improve each of her patient's quality of life through exercise, education, and manual treatment. Krista has strong managerial skills which she gained while being the clinical director at her previous clinic.
