I can\'t say enough about this Dr AND the support staff. A week before I found this doctor I had a consultation with a heavily advertised plastic sergeon who explained that I couldn\'t have the procedure I wanted without a lift (and giant scars to go with it). Not only did Zuckerman find a way to do it without the lift, he even explained a way to do the lift if I really wanted it without the extra scars (by going around the nipple line). I chose not to do it and like he said in the consultation, the result was great. If I had listened to that first Dr I would have ended up with scars for no reason. He spend HOURS with myself and my fiancé explaining every step of the surgery, what our options are, and possible risks and what to watch out for. He had an amazing bedside manner from beginning to end and we never felt rushed or ignored. He even responded very quickly to my crazy emails the two weeks before the surgery never making me feel like my questions were stupid (everything from my concern with a stuffy nose two weeks before the surgery to if I can drink alcohol the weekend before). Now, about his support staff!!!..... The women who had to literally hold my hand to get me up to the point of the actually surgery deserve a medal. Everyone from the friendly reception girls to the one who handled the payments and appointment were amazingly helpful and knowledgable and even knew me by name when I was in the office a week later for more questions. The women in the operating room were a God sent. I was terrified about the actual surgery bursting into tears a few times when I was getting ready but she calmed me down and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing before it was time to get started. The whole experience was much better than I could have hoped for. I want to give them way more than 5 stars to this office.
