About Dr. Jeffrey Golland

Jeffrey Golland is a personable and detail-oriented psychologist located at Union Square in New York City. New York State licensed, he earned his PhD from New York University and is also trained in psychoanalysis. He provides a full range of psychotherapeutic services, including treatment for adults with worry, depression, sleep problems, and personality and anger issues. Dr. Golland has published extensively in professional journals and has held leadership positions in psychological organizations. He is up to date with the latest research and, in addition to his private practice, holds an academic appointment as clinical associate professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Outside of work, Dr. Golland volunteers his time to his community, including schools and struggling parents and children. He has served his nation as a psychology officer in the United States Army.
