Dr. George Unis is a reputable and dedicated orthopedic surgeon based in New York, NY. Dr. Unis is an alumnus of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he earned his medical degree. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from New York University. Dr. Unis completed a surgical residency and an orthopedic surgery residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in New York. Dr. Unis is a member of the American Orthopedic Society, the American Orthopedic Association, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Unis has published numerous orthopedic papers and served as the program director at the Saint Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, department of orthopedic surgery.
