Beth Goldfarb is an insightful and friendly dietitian-nutritionist based in New York, NY. Ms. Goldfarb holds a master’s degree in nutrition from the New York Medical College. She also completed a dietetic internship at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Presently, Ms. Goldfarb functions as a NYS licensed and certified dietitian-nutritionist, a certified diabetes educator, a registered dietitian, and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
