Barbara Mazzarella is a dedicated and caring psychotherapist serving patients in New York, NY. She is committed to providing her patients with optimal care tailored to their specific needs & concerns. In addition to her general practice, Ms. Mazzarella offers specialized treatment for patients struggling with sex and love addiction, sexual inhibition, anorexia, and codependent behaviors. She is familiar with the 12-step recovery process & supportive of program principles as an adjunct to psychotherapy. Ms. Mazzarella received her graduate degree from the Hunter College School of Social Work and attended the Institute for Expressive Analysis for postgraduate psychoanalytic training and supervision.
