About Dr. Allan Wulc
Dr. Wulc was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Amherst College. His background is in the arts and humanities. Dr. Wulc spent part of his undergraduate studies in Paris, where he studied painting and sculpture at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, literature at the Sorbonne, and piano performance at the Ecole Normale de Musique. Dr. Wulc received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, and trained in Ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.
